User Agreement

This "User Agreement" will apply to the members who use the ABC Pet Plaza website

This "User Agreement" is subject to change without notice.

(1) User (Member)

User is the person who agreed to our "User Agreement" and register at our Online Store.

(2) Change Profile Notification

Users are able to change or edit their own profile on Change of Registration Page. If users do not change their profile, they may not receive important notifications from us.

(3) Registration Fee / Annual Fee

There will be NO Registration Fee or Annual Fee.

(4) Password

Users must have a password in order to use our online store. User must take responsibility to manage their own password. We, our store, will not take any responsibility if any third party interferes with your password information.

(5) Term of Membership

There will be no expiration of Membership.

(6) Closing or Changing Online Store

We have the right to change or edit terms of conditions, user agreement, or other service contents without any notification to Users. In addtion, we have the right to change our online store for any reasons. In this case, members will be notified.

(7) Internet Connection Problem

ABC Pet Plaza is not responsible for any damages for customers from interruption, delay, discontinuation of systems,missing data due to failure of communication lines and/or computer damages while you are using our online store.

(8) Disclaimer

We will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss of profits or any damages of any kind recognized by online shopping.

(9) Membership termination

If you are found to be in violation of our membership agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership without notice.

(10) Trademark

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ABC Pet Plaza or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of ABC Pet Plaza and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. (11) Close membership account

In order to close user's membership account, user must log in to the store, and follow the steps.
